Terms and conditions

When you order the Gaspari's nativity scene you can pay it in the following two ways:

  1. Upon receiving a pro-forma invoice you make the payment to the account at NLB: SI56 02029-3657604710. The information about the company can be found on the website www.zibka.si.

    2. After receiving your payment the product will be sent to you in 2-3 days via Post of Slovenia. We cover the postal charges. The invoice will be sent to you by regular mail or e-mail.

  2. The second payment method involves paying in cash when personally picking up the product. After your payment you will receive a summary payment slip, which serves as an invoice.

If the product is in stock, it can be delivered within 2-3 working days. If the product is not in stock, the expected production time takes 14-21 working days.

For sending the product outside the borders of Slovenia other terms and conditions apply. They will be discussed and agreed on upon ordering.
